three phase horizontal snail was put into the fish meal processing production line in 2011.In this production
process,our company cooperated with some fish meal factories to further improve the quality of fish oil in fish oil
production and developed a mature set.Deep processing of crude fish oil.
Fish oil from fish meal factories and aquatic animal oils from oilmelting plants,although there are few water and
mechanical impurities in the oil,this is does not meet the requirements of some advanced oils and further
processing, and needs further refinement,including Detoxification,dehydration, deacidification. Decontamination
and dehydration can be treated together in the process of deacidification .Disc separator can complete two
operations: liquid-solid separation (low concentration slurry separation),said clarifying operation; liquid-liquid (or
liquid-liquid-solid) separation (emulsion separation), said separating operation. Disc separator with its compact
, small footprint, high production capacity and other characteristics, is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, light
industry, food, biological engineering, and transportation
