Product Description

Structure and Composition
The equipment consists of a trough body, trough cover, rubber spring, vibrating motor, support, etc. The main material of the trough body is SUS304. The both sides of the trough body are equipped with vibration motors, which are symmetrically arranged to provide the driving force required for the equipment to convey the material from one end to the other when working. The bottom of the trough body is equipped with rubber springs to reduce the dynamic load on the ground.
Principle of Operation
The self-synchronizing inertia vibrating conveyor is a conveyor that uses two vibrating motors to make the trough vibrate in a certain inclined direction. The material is sometimes thrown upwards by the trough for parabolic movement and sometimes falls back to the bottom of the trough. Each time the material is thrown up, it moves forward a small distance, thus achieving continuous conveying of the material.

1.High productivity: fast conveying speeds and long conveying distances;

2.No residue: no residue of material during conveying, no blocking of material bridging;

3.Introduction of foreign bodies: no internal stirring parts and ETFE coating on the parts in contact with the material;

4.Visualization: the upper part of the equipment can be sealed with a transparent PC, allowing real-time observation of the material flow;

5.Easy to clean: easy to clean and quick to change materials;

6.Extremely long service life: the feeder can have a service life of more than 20 years.
