Put the workpiece to the grinding disc, disc rotate, workpieces rotate, pressed by gravity, grind and pol The disc reviser is moving under oil floating condition to maintain the disc. 1,with grinding fluid circulation system, can control the temperature between 1 degree. 2,highly polishing result, can get roughness:Ra0.0002, flatness 0.002. 3,cylinder will not drop down when air out, so to avoid injures. 4,use PLC and touch screen to control machine, the grinding speed and time can be set directly. 5,machine with 3 working station, can grinding and polishing 3 workpieces at one time.
