1. Usage: SQZK-DW-8 Microcomputer Paper Cutting Machine is used to cut the printing paper of various kinds, paper products, plastic, thin film, leather, slice of non-ferrous metal, etc.

2. 8inch TFT color LCD : This kind of programmable frequency microcomputer adopts 8 inch color LCD. The main computer chip adopts CPU from America AMD Company. It has six languages. Also it has self fault diagnosis function and animation operation mode display. Programming capacity of up to 200 groups, each program group has 999 different position cutting data. The storage memory hours are over300, 000 hours which ensure the reliability of performance. The paper sending motor power controlled by import frequency changer. It matches the high precision paper delivering structure to realize step less speed adjustment. the speed of Paper sending reaches 6-12m/min, and the position accuracy can be 0.05mm.

4. Double Worm Wheel Device: the Worm wheel system adopts the Germany advanced technology. It pass the patent No:ZL 2007 2 0192036. X. This structure is new in the paper cutting machine market. In this way, the cutting will have heavier power and more precise.

5. Double Guide Device: the paper pusher adopts double linear guide and roller ball screw. This can prolong the machine use life, and can bear the high speed paper delivering

6. Photo cell: it is equipped with a photo cell safety protection device.

7. Over load protection device; convenient knife changing device.

8. Worktable chrome treatment: the worktable and side board surface are all adopted chrome treatment to improve the precision and quality of the machine.

9. Air ball: air balls are installed in the worktable. The paper sending work will be easy and accurate.

10. Cutting controller: both hands of the user press the cutting button to operate the machine.

11.Electronic knife lock: when the machine is malfunction, the electronic knife lock will lock the knife, and the machine will stop cutting to protect safety.

12. Safety notice & Glass covers: all the safety notice and direction mark is used to cause the safety attention of the user, and do protection and maintenance in time.

13. Main electric device are imported from Germany, French, Japan, etc.
