Jujubes are rich in vitamins A, B, C, and other essential vitamins and 18 kinds of amino acids and minerals, high in vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and rutin (vitamin P).
According to published scientific studies, that jujube's antioxidants and organic components provide anti-aging benefits, encourage the production of collagen and elastin, shield skin cells from oxidative stress (wrinkles), and counter hair loss, blemishes, and acne.
