Machine Introduction
H377A composite grinding center is suitable for single piece or batch process of cylindrical face and internal hole of middle size shafts. It adopts Siemens CNC system to control the feed of wheelhead and the movement of worktable respectively. It can do automatic cycle of multi-gear cylindrical face, end face and internal hole grinding in one-time clamping. It has various functions such as coarse and fine grinding, worktable automatic jumping, workpiece rotation speed automatic switch, wheel automatic dressing and automatic compensating after dressing, workpiece automatic axial positioning, safety interlock of cycle movement and etc.

Machine Features
The new generation of workpiece head frame has taper adjustment function, which better ensures the taper of the workpiece for chuck and top grinding. The worktable has added a second guide rail, which can be equipped with various functional accessories such as various types of dressers to meet the diverse grinding process requirements. The machine tool is newly equipped with an online performance evaluation system based on dynamic characteristics of the grinder, which realizes the monitoring and evaluation of the grinding machine's processing status and performance, ensuring the healthy operation of the machine tool at any time. In terms of processing accuracy: the outer roundness of the standard specimen is 0.0004mm; the inner roundness is 0.0005mm.
