An Injection Molding Machine is a device used to make plastic parts that creates the desired shape by injecting molten material into the mold cavity. Its basic working principle consists of the following steps:
Melting:
The virgin plastic material (usually in the form of pellets or powders) is fed into a heated hopper where it is melted into a liquid state by rotational and shear heat by a screw or plunger.
Injection:
Molten plastic is passed through a nozzle into the mold cavity.
This process is usually carried out under high pressure to ensure that the plastic completely fills every corner of the mold.
Cooling:
The plastic is cooled and solidified in the mold to form plastic parts that are consistent with the shape of the mold.
Demoulding: The cooled plastic parts are removed from the mold to complete a production cycle.


This machine is suitable for 28mm-120mm twisted egg shells, and can be equipped with molds with different cavity numbers according to customer requirements.
