Homogeneous conveyor belt is made from a single material of thermoplastic urethane, so it carries no ply or edge fraying, which eliminates the risk of product contamination. The TPU material offers excellent features like cut and abrasion resistant to detergent products.
Homogeneous belt with smooth surface and non-porous surface makes it easy to clean and prevents bacterial growth. Belt with zero elongation require less frequent adjustments because they don’t slacken or elongate over time. This reduces downtime and the need for retensioning or recalibration of the conveyor system.
Puteken offers flat friction drive belt in white, light blue and dark blue color in various thickness; and positive drive belt of PT25, PAT40 and PT50 type with one side teeth. Homogeneous conveyor belt can be custom engineered with a variety of add-ons, like straight or scooped flights, straight or curved sidewalls, surface texture and etc.
