What is capacity of your charcoal making retort?--- The capacity depends on Inner tank volume. We have diameter 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm. Carbonization time is 6-8hours, according to your material moisture. One of my Brazil customer told me he uses 4hours to carboniz mangrove wood, and 12hours ge 2000kg wood charcoal.(dimameter 1m Inner tank)2. What is carbonization time?--- Normally, 6-8hours. If your natural wood is fresh, it takes long time to remove moisture of wood, therefore, carbonization time is longer.3. When the charcoal is finished?--- There is no smoke and smoke is blue lucid,the process is finished.4. How many times should we cool the charcoal?It takes 10-16hours.
