Silicon Nitride Ceramic
The riser tube of low pressure casting is one of the key components of low pressure casting machine.
During the die casting process, the aluminum melt (temperature 700~900℃) is pressed from the riser tube to the mold cavity every 3 ~ 5 minutes. The traditional production process uses steel riser, due to poor thermal shock resistance, poor corrosion resistance, short service life, frequent replacement frequency, can not meet the requirements of continuous, high quality production.
Silicon nitride riser tube is an ideal material for the preparation of riser because of its low thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance and non-sticking aluminum.
1. Excellent insulation performance, can prevent low pressure casting aluminum liquid temperature reduction.
2. The use of pressure sintering to obtain density, temperature can still maintain high mechanical strength, so that in the low pressure casting, can effectively avoid the risk of damage and gas mixing caused by insufficient load and strength.
3. It is not easy to stick aluminum. It can reduce the slag on the pipe wall and make the daily maintenance more convenient.
