I. Introduction:

B. Series whole feeding Threshing Machine, which is safe, reliable, simple in structure and easy to maintain, is mainly applied to the threshing of wheat and rice, with the separation of wheat, wheat straw wheat bran and others.
C. It is high frequency and can be connected with Strap type tractor in the front. Even if there is no tractor, it can be connected with kinds of motors both or three-phase.
D. This machine include the walking device, feeding device, thresher device, conveyor and separator, power drive total 5 parts

III. Work principle
A. Main parts: The wheat thresher is made up of ranks, concave screen, drum, cover, main fan, the second suction fan, motor (or diesel), vibrating screen, traction-driven device.

IV. Installation
A. Please put the rice/wheat thresher on the flat place
B. Please fix the right motor
C. Please check the V-belt carefully and adjust the direction of the motor.
D. Please adjust the space between rollers and concave
E. Do make sure the screw tight
F. Do make the thresher spinning 3-5 minutes to assure no any abnormality happen, then start to work.
