1、 Overview
The single machine dust collector is a small bag type dust collector, which has been improved and absorbed by the similar products at home and abroad. This series of dust collectors adopt pulse jet cleaning method, which has the advantages of good dust removal effect, high purification efficiency, large air volume, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload, safe and reliable operation. It is widely used for dust removal and purification of non fibrous dust in various industrial and mining enterprises, such as metallurgy, electric power, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, mining, etc.
The filter bag material of the dust collector is generally made of polyester needle felt, and the continuous use temperature is not more than 120 ℃. If the temperature increases, other temperature resistant filter materials should be selected, or cooling measures should be taken before the high temperature waste gas enters the dust collector.
If the dust collector is used for the treatment of combustible and explosive dust such as pulverized coal, the explosion-proof device will be added during manufacturing, and the filter bag of the dust collector will be coated with antistatic film.
This series of dust collectors can be installed outdoors and operated under negative or positive pressure without any change in the overall structure. The dust collection efficiency can be above 99.9%, and the dust concentration of purified gas is less than 50mg / m3 (standard).
If this series of dust collectors are used in cold areas, when the outdoor heating calculation temperature is less than - 25 ℃, it is necessary to add heating device, and the dust collector shell should be added with insulation layer.
