Working principle of double shaft shredder:
The double axis shredder uses two wear-resistant shredding toothed rollers. During operation, the two shredding toothed rollers rotate relatively to form a V-shaped shredding toothed cavity. The generated shear force will crush the materials. After the materials enter the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing cavity), they will be torn and sheared to the required particle size by the shear force of the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers, and then discharged from the discharge port.
The shredder should be waterproof. How to maintain it? Like other machines, metal shredder should pay attention to moisture and water resistance. The machine is made of iron and iron is afraid of water. Although there is paint on the surface, many places inside are not painted, so attention should be paid to moisture and water resistance. When processing raw materials, we will find that simple things are easy to tear, with high tearing efficiency and good quality, but for wet things, such as wood metal shredder, the tearing efficiency of wet wood is lower than that of dry wood.
Because wet raw materials are easy to be bonded together when they are torn, resulting in corresponding resistance and affecting the tearing effect. Moreover, the long-term processing of these wet things will corrode the parts inside the machine and be easy to rust, further affecting the processing efficiency. Therefore, two points should be avoided: one is the long-term processing of wet and watery raw materials, and the other is often drenched by rain. Even simple machines in daily life, such as bicycles, will rust and damage under the rain for a long time, so avoiding water is the basic common sense of maintaining the machine.
