Featuring an engineering chassis equipped with four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and bidirectional driving capabilities, this trolley is built for performance. Its upper body boasts a versatile three-arm full-sliding structure, three grab handles, two hanging baskets, under-excavation hammers, and anchor lever arms. This equipment is designed to handle the entire initial tunnel support process on-site, seamlessly connecting all construction processes within the tunnel. It significantly boosts construction efficiency while minimizing safety hazards and occupational injuries.
Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchoring and spraying trolley encompasses the entire tunnel initial support process, including initial spraying, measuring and setting points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, advanced support, system anchor construction, anchor net installation, and shotcrete operations, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient workflow.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): Optional digitization features include cluster management, positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie functionality, pre/alarm functions, data management, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control, providing a modern, tech-savvy approach to tunnel construction.

Reduced Manpower Requirements: Streamline your operations with only 3-4 personnel needed to complete tasks that traditionally require 8 or more workers, enhancing productivity and reducing labor costs.
Auxiliary Function Integration: Equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, this equipment can perform under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installations, adding to its versatility.
High Efficiency: Featuring three arms, three grippers, and a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator, the equipment offers a maximum grabbing force of 3 tons on the middle arm. This meets the demands for the installation of prefabricated arches, various benching method operations, and precise positioning and adjustment of the arch frame. Completing all necessary construction procedures takes about one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Leveraging our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This method reduces the time spent on dangerous surfaces, mitigates construction safety risks, and significantly enhances overall efficiency.
