Product Description

Introduction:
Pistons are important spare parts for the pressing machine. They are normally made of chilled iron steel. The surface of Pistons requests a high hardness to get good performance on wear resistance. They are widely used in the wood panel industrial, rub making industrial and other hydraulic press machines.
Manufacturing Process:
The pistons are made by static casting process. The casting and heat treatment are primary process for the quality. By our years of good experience on the production, we control well on the material of pistons and guarantee excellent hardness on the surface layer. By the strict inspection, we guarantee there is no defect on the pistons to be delivered to our end users.
