1.Full-automatic Honeycomb Core Machine
1.1 Description
This machine is the newest type of honeycomb core making machine. It use 4-8 layers of medium paper to unwind, apply glue, heat, press and cut, to get the paper honeycomb in one stop.
It has two kinds of glue applying system: glue roller applying & glue pipe system. Customers can choose proper model according to your local glue supply.
In this machine, glue break function can be added, to make honeycomb slice /block for door and furniture factory.
Features: Shenxi honeycomb core machine, whole line chooses Schneider, Omron, Delta/Mitsubishi , SEW or Yongyuan motors, all belongs to international brand, which can be found in local market. Blades in honeycomb core cutter, use tungsten steel blade, HRA 85-90. One set of honeycomb blades can be used for continuous cutting (8 hours a day ) for over 3 months without sharpening. Gluing system , no matter in roller type or glue pipe system, quick change cell size. 5-10 minutes to change different cell sizes. Height setting controlled by servo motor, all computerized, set on touch screen, simple and easy. 2 minutes to change a different honeycomb height. With aluminum 7075 as the reciprocating knife frame, lighter but stronger for high speed cutting. Honeycomb cutter, can produce the paper honeycomb from 6-100mm in one machine, a high variety of all products in market.
