Centerless grinding is a machining process that uses abrasive cutting to remove material from a workpiece.
[1] Centerless grinding differs from centered grinding operations in that no spindle or fixture is used to locate and secure the workpiece;
[2] the workpiece is secured between two rotary grinding wheels, and the speed of their rotation relative to each other determines the rate at which material is removed from the workpiece.
Features
*Bed, high-strength dense-baked cast iron, two aging treatments, precision machining to ensure high precision of the machine tool;
*Grinding wheel device: overhanging structure, the main shaft adopts a ceramic main shaft, and the bearing adopts a multi-piece dynamic oil film bearing (not easy to heat up, small as the original, and repairable);
*Guide wheel device: easy-to-extend structure, using a tapered copper sleeve integral sliding bearing, with large bearing capacity and high precision. AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation
*Control system: Mitsubishi system, human-machine dialogue, feed amount, speed, and time are all adjustable;
*Feed: The guide wheel frame moves using a plastic-coated guide rail and uses AC servo. The motor speed reducer drives the ball screw transmission, and the feed and compensation are combined together, which is easy to operate and control, with high feed accuracy and a minimum feed of 0.001;
*Grinding wheel dressing device: using the servo motor ball screw to drive the compensation dressing, which can realize the dressing of the step arc; *Guide wheel dressing device: hydraulic transmission, stepless speed regulation; the machine tool cooling system is equipped with a magnetic circle divider.
