as it advances through the intricate forming process. Sanji's state-of-the-art deep drawn metal
stamping presses are engineered to draw a diverse range of metal types with draw lengths
up to 8 inches (200mm), part diameters as minuscule as 0.25 inches (6.35mm), and material
thicknesses ranging from 0.001 inches (0.13mm) to 0.150 inches (3.8mm).

What sets our enclosures apart from fabricated ones is their one-piece construction-no welded corners or bottoms, ensuring no leaks and exceptional dimensional consistency.
In many scenarios, deep drawn enclosures offer a more cost-effective solution compared to fabricated enclosures when factoring in welding costs and leak testing. Additionally, deep drawn round enclosures are a superior alternative to welded tubing, especially where roundness and seamless construction are crucial.
The deep drawn technique mitigates issues found in impact extrusion methods. The primary drawback of impact extruded enclosures is the absence of a draft angle along the sidewalls, complicating assembly of internal components or utilizing the enclosure as a mold.
