The COLO-1732 oven is a very popular model among our many standard size ovens because it is not too large and not too small to handle most powder coated metal bake production needs.
The inner size of this oven: W1650*H1700*D3200, can bake various powder coated products like wheel rim, steel panel, steel tubes, metal chairs etc.The oven uses an electric heating system, and the baking space is very clean, which improves the drying quality of sprayed products.Our heating designs ensured the drying quality of sprayed items.The oven has thermal circulation so the air is heated very evenly.Our oven uses a rock wool board with a thickness of 100mm, which is a very standard thickness required for good insulation

COLO-1732 Powder Coating Oven Features
PLC Controller
COLO powder coating ovens are equipped with PLC Controller, provides high-precision heating process, operators could set the desired temperature and heating time accurately on the panel, which digitally shows on LED screen.
Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The control panel also includes safety devices: alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
Powder Coating Oven Materials
Oven wall interlayer material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, built with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall to form a sandwich insulation structure.
This is an optimum design to maintain the temperature in oven chamber.
Circulation Fan
We can boast a very good temperature uniformity result due to the circulation fan. Our research has shown the temperature stability does not exceed ±5°C. The optimal airflow throughout the powder coating oven enclosure creates an even, constant cure for your parts.
