The disc centrifuge is a liquid-solid (or liquid-liquid solid) separation by utilizing the principle that the components of different densities (or emulsions) have different densities in the centrifugal force field.Disc separator is a kind of 2/3 phase sedimentation disc centrifuge, which is used to separate hard-to-separate materials(Including mineral oil, gasoline, diesel, dairy products, vegetable oil, beverage, separation and purification of chemical products etc).The Centrifugal Milk separator is an important equipment for milk processing factories. It's also widely used for liquid material separation and decontamination.

Structure and Principle There are two types Disc Stack Separator one is 3 Phase Disc Stack Separator,one is 2 Phase Disc Stack Separator,more details you can check the following information .3 phase disc stack separator is a high-speed, stable, sealed, efficient, and automatic slag discharge 3 phase separation equipment. It is widely used for liquid, liquid, solid 3-phase separation or liquid-liquid separation.The 2-phase solid-liquid separation disc separator has only one liquid discharge port and one slag discharge port, while the 3-phase disc separator has two liquid discharge ports and one slag discharge port, which can separate two liquids with different specific gravity at the same time. It can also discharge solid phase materials. Compared with the 3 phase decanter centrifuge, the 3 phase disc separator has larger rotation speed and G force. The 3 phase decanter centrifuge usually has a separation factor of about 3000G, while the 3 phase disc stack separator G force is up to 12000G. Therefore, the 3 phase disc separator can more thoroughly separate liquids with different specific gravity and the liquid phase discharged is more clarified. However, compared to 3 phase decanter centrifuges, 3 phase disc separator is more used to separate materials containing fine particles, with less solids content. So before entering the 3 phase disc separator, the material can separated by the decanter centrifuge for pre-stage separation to reduce the solids content and remove big particles.

Due to its efficient separation ability, the residence time of materials in the disc centrifuge is very short and the production efficiency is high.3.Good clarification effect.The disc centrifuge has a precise disc design. The discs inside the disc centrifuge have a very small spacing and are arranged in a conical shape, forming numerous narrow channels. When materials enter the centrifuge, under the action of centrifugal force, solid particles or impurities will quickly move along the lower surface of the discs to the edge of the rotating drum and deposit there. The clarified liquid can smoothly flow through the channels between the discs to the center of the rotating drum, thus realizing efficient separation of solids and liquids and obtaining highly clarified liquid.4.It can continuously and automatically discharge slag.
