Bed is designed with a box-type structure and carefully supported by ribs, which has good stability and rigidity. The bed, workbench and gantry are made of high-quality cast iron and are treated with aging to eliminate stress.

The ram adopts a "maze" design, which has good rigidity and can prevent impurities from entering the spindle. In addition, the Z-axis spindle head is designed with central symmetry. The Z-axis screw and spindle are both located in the center of the spindle head.

The machine tool milling head is equipped with a spindle rotation detection system, which can realize automatic spindle positioning and has tapping function.
