Introduction
Our briquette machine is a screw press type,which used to molding different shapes of briquettes.
We use hard impeller to propel the powders into different predetermined moulds.
Here are some steps of the briquette machine.
step1:you should put the powder into the feeder.
step2:the powders are squeezed by inside three screws.
step3: the powders are forced to the predetermined moulders.
Step4:we can get the final briquette briquettes.

Raw material
Raw materials
The raw materials mainly have two different types.
The one is coal powder .
The other is biomass materials,including groundnut shell,sugarcane scrap,coffee husk,straw,sunflower stalk,cotton stalk, palm husk,rice husk and crop stalks.
The size of the materials should less than 3mm.
The moisture of the materials should be 30%-40%.
Shapes
There are different shapes which made by different moulds,eg square, round, hexagonal, plum flower,triangle and some other shapes.

The final stick briquette are covered by paper box.
Shipement:
At first ,we use film to cover the machine.Then we use free wooden case to package it.
