The pneumatic quantitative sausage stuffing machine is a new type of equipment that uses a cylinder to drive the piston to reciprocate up (filling) and down (suction) in the quantitative cylinder to complete the filling function. The machine is small in size and low in investment. It is suitable for filling various sausages, ham and canned products. It is suitable for medium and small meat processing enterprises. It is simple to operate, easy to clean, and has accurate quantification with an error of no more than ±3g.

1: The filling and twisting of this machine are driven by servo motors.
2: The human-machine interface, servo motor, reducer and PLC controller equipped with this machine are all imported parts.
3: This machine has a high-speed automatic twisting function and is suitable for natural casings, protein casings, and smoked casings. The twisting speed can be adjusted steplessly according to different products and raw materials.
4: The twisting speed can be infinitely adjusted according to the product and raw materials.
5: The error of normal minced products does not exceed ±2g, and the error of normal lump products does not exceed ±5g.
6: Can be connected with various punch-in machines to realize automated production.
