1.The are three groups of drilling spindles on each side of drilling unit,which can install three kinds of drills with diffirent diameter .Each side of drilling spindles can move altogether by CNC to change the drilling stadia .
2.CNC drilling head sdopt two linear guides to derecting,driven by AC servo motot and precision ball screw.It adopt the precision spindle (inner water cooling ),with butterfiy spring automatic and hydraulic cylinder to loosen the knife;It"s very convenient to replace the shank..
3.The marking unit adopt closed frame with stronger rigidity .marking stadia can bi ser at will.
4.CNC feeding trolly is drive by AC servo motor .The photoelectric encorder feeds back the information.Closed loop control to ensure positioning accuracy.
5.Hydraulic system is used to complete clamping workpiece crimping of drilling spindles ,hydraulic balance of drilling head and marking.
6.The control system consists of a host computer ,CNC system,servo motor,PLC and detection switch etc. .Only to input the drawing workpeice, the processing program is automatically generated.
