Booth design with 2 auto openings and 2 manual coating openings.Working with automatic reciprocators, automatic powder coating guns,and manual coating guns, powder sieve machine.

PLC Controller
- Full-function and compliant PLC controller with safety interlock comes standard on all models.
- Convenient, simple-operation control panel that includes a main power switch, extraction fan start/stop switches, cartridge-filter pulse-jet device timer and safety interlock switch, etc.


High-precision Filters
- Size: D325 * H900mm.
- Quick-release type cartridge filters are easy to remove and replace.
- These filters with smaller and more uniform pores ensure 100% separation.
- Superior quality polyester spunbonded fabric materials enhance filters' lifespan.
Pulse-jet Filter Cleaning System
- Filter cleaning is carried out with programmable pulses from a PLC.
- The filters retain their capacity to release powder paint through a self-cleaning system.
Powder Collector
- Powder recovered by cyclones is collected in the powder collector, and then transfered automatcially through a powder supply equipment, in order to mix with fresh powders and feed back to the system.
- This powder collector also supports to be operated manually.
