Product Description
A: PTFE lined expansion joints combine the properties of metal and PTFE into the most advanced expansion joint available for highly corrosive piping systems.
B: PTFE expansion joints are flexible connectors that allow movement in a rigid piping system. Our expansion joints are made of contour moulded PTFE, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and flex-life. The flexible liner is moulded over the metallic sealing face which eliminates troublesome separate gaskets and reduces the chances of bacteria build up. Different numbers of convolutions accommodate varying degrees of misalignment, axial travel and angular deflection between components.

Structure
Inside: PTFE hose, the hose can be smoothbore PTFE , and also convoluted , for high and low temperature used, anti-corrosive, non-stick.
Outside: Stainless steel braided. High pressure resistance. All kinds of couplings can be available.

Solid-molded PTFE expansion joints are corrosion-resistant and made to withstand the high pressure and temperature in a compact, space-saving design. Standard sizes from 1" to 12" with two, three, or five convolutions; available in sizes up to 48". PTFE expansion joints can operate with temperatures from -300 F to 400 F from a full vacuum to 160 PSI depending on the type and number of convolutions.
