Fishmeal Machine Fish Oil Storage Tank
(1). Semi-batch process heater. After the temperature reach set point, the steam valve would close to
stop heating. Then the liquid is discharged to tricanter to reach its full separation efficiency;
(2). Inner tubes are made of SS304 stainless steel;
(3). Working pressure: 0.3-0.6MPa;
(4). Automatic pressure regulation (Automatic steam pressure regulator);
(5). Equipped with scraper to remove internal build-up.
Steam Dried Fish Meal Process is proven to be the most efficient way to produce fishmeal and fish oil. It was first introduced in late 80s by Xinzhou Fishmeal Machinery, with 30 year's of experience, Xinzhou has developed into an expertise fishmeal manufacturer and ranked #1 in China
Raw material is cooked, pressed, and dried. Then the fish liquid is purified in a tricanter and centrifuge to make feed grade fish oil with less than1% moist. The whole process is automatically operated.
