ST series hydraulic winches. The pulling force of the series products are 1.5T, 2.0T, 3T, 5T, 8T, 10T, 15T, 20T, 25T, 30T, etc. Its structure is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, hydraulic multi-disc brake, planetary gear reducer, drum, frame and so on. The selected hydraulic motor has the characteristics of high mechanical efficiency, high starting torque and low speed. According to the requirements of various working conditions, the distributor with different flow rate can also be designed and integrated directly on the motor oil distributor according to user's needs, such as with balance valve, overload valve, high-pressure shuttle valve, speed control reversing valve or other characteristics. Energy valves, brakes, planetary gear reducers, etc. are directly installed in the drum. The drum, supporting shaft and frame are designed according to mechanical requirements. The overall structure is simple and reasonable, and has sufficient strength and rigidity.
