The quality warranty period spans a comprehensive 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at its destination port, excluding any physical damages. We will gladly provide you with necessary fittings free of charge during this warranty period. However, please ensure to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send out replacement parts. After the warranty period ends, any fittings that require repair or replacement will be at your expense, and charges will be applied reasonably.

Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. Whether you face issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance, our support channels are here to help.

During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance. Should parts need replacement due to product quality, we will replace them at no cost. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, and if the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, appropriate costs will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for accommodation and meals for our personnel during installation, as well as USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer in handling visa and installation preparations prior to travel.
