Pre-heated solar water heater with copper coil adopts passive circulation by gravity to get the hot water of tank from solar collector .The main tank plays a role of heat storage .It keeps the hot water prepared for taking away by copper coil. Copper coil is the device for heat exchange ,it conducts the heat from main tank to cold water of coil and turn cold water of coil to be hot for using.

Tank outer shell: stainless steel SUS304-2B, diameter in 360mm Inner tank shell :thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage. Diameter in 460mmThe holes punched for Silicone sealing are facing outside ,cutting position do not contact with water to avoid any rustTank cover process: rivet up tank cover to main tank with aluminum rivet to avoid any risk on depart offThe fitting welding: Arc-argon technical.screw with anti-rust material :flange type .It is applied for fixing main tank to frame. Contact area between tank and frame is larger than normal screw without flange Our frame: Anti-rust aluminum ally ; thickness 2mm. strong to against the strong wind.All ports of tank are well considered to meet the demands of customers, they are available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.
