Product advantage The paperless gypsum board is different from the paper-faced gypsum board, which needs binding force from the outside during the initial setting of the slurry to make the slurry reach the required shape after the forming process.
For this reason, our company has developed a new type of forming machine with upper and lower belt structure, and the lower belt is with baffle edge protrusion to prevent the slurry from running to both sides during the forming process.
The active belt pulley adopts large diameter rollers to increase the bending radius of the belt and the service life of the belt.
The upper forming belt head pulley adopts liftable design to meet the needs of different board forming.
And it makes the internal grid cloth laying parallel and flat inside the gypsum board to ensure the consistency of the whole board strength.
The upper and lower belts are made of new material and equipped with cleaning device in one section and multi-section automatic adjusting device in the middle part to ensure the thickness of the board.
It makes the finished boards have the best flexural resistance.
Gypsum powder furnishing system This system adopt the calibrated feeder, making the gypsum powder supplying is quite accurate, So it provides a great convenience for the mixing operation of the gypsum powder.
Paper supplying system This system have a unique way to pick up the paper,add the high precision rectify deviation machine which have a great help for the trimming of the board later.

Foaming system This system chose barostat to supply the air, using screw pump which can making the foam into the slurry equably. So that we can adjust the weight of the board easily.

Drying system Hot oil type is using the oil temperature from the thermal oil furnace to drying the board.
Dust collection system We chose the electronic pulse bag filter which have a good efficiency of dust collection.
Control system Using the PLC and sensor pieces such as variable frequency solid state relay to grantee the equipment in a good and long automatic running
