Product Description
This PVC Wiring Duct Profile Production Line can adopts SJSZ series twin-screw extruder and also the single-screw extruder, it depends on customer's requirements.
Performance and advantages:
1. PLC control system in the production line, with reliable and stable performance.
2. The auxiliary equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker.
3. The calibration unit is equipped with powerful cooling devices so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
4. The haul off unit is caterpillar style with imported reducer and invertor have advantages of reasonable structure, big and stable traction.
5. The cutting machine is able to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
6. The stacker is attached with material cart and rubber protection layer to prevent products from damage, and easy to operate.

Raw Materials
The ducts are made from rigid PVC and stabilized with unleaded stabilizers; the raw material is both self-extinguishing and ultra violet resistant.
Temperature Resistance
The ducts are resistant to exposure of low concentration acids, oils and fuel.
The ducts are non-resistant to exposure of high concentrated acids, gasoline, and acetone.
Usages
Consists of symmetric halves to conduct isolated copper pipes and electric cables for use in domestic air condition systems. Can be used indoor/outdoor. The symmetric halves are double locked preventing the duct from being accidentally dismantled. Easy to handle and install
