Product Introduction
The raw material of the porous titanium plate for hydrogen production by PEM water electrolysis is pure titanium powder, formed by pressing the mold and sintered at high temperature in a vacuum.
Hydrogen production by water electrolysis is a new energy pillar sunrise industry. The micropore diameter of the porous titanium plate is used to fully react with the medium to produce hydrogen energy. The surface is coated to prevent oxidation and increase the efficiency of hydrogen production. Porous titanium plates are widely used in hydrogen energy, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical filtration, with obvious advantages, and are indispensable products.

Features

Applications
The porous titanium plate is used as the GDL (gas diffusion layer) of the anode for hydrogen production by water electrolysis in PEM water electrolysis. The pores are uniform and the porosity can be controlled at 30%-40%. Good electrical conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. It can be coated with platinum group metals to enhance its catalytic performance. The cost is relatively high, but the hydrogen production efficiency is high and the purity is high, which is suitable for industrial hydrogen production.
Every kind of filter material will be blocked, so it is very important to choose the pore size. If you choose the right pore size, you will have a good filtration efficiency, and the blocking situation will be alleviated. If the blockage is serious, regular replacement can solve this problem.
Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
