The small animal harmless treatment equipment refers to the treatment of offal and waste from slaughterhouses and diseased poultry in breeding farms by mechanical means. It can prevent the expansion and spread of germs. The main high-temperature and high-pressure treatment process uses hot steam as the heat source. The diseased and dead animals are put into the wetting tank for treatment, and the steam directly enters the tank and comes into contact with the diseased poultry, releasing heat to instantly eliminate germs and pathogens, achieving the purpose of harmless treatment. The produced oil can be used as industrial oil after separation, and the produced solid matter can be used as raw material for organic fertilizer. Overall, it has a high added value, meets environmental protection standards, and does not cause secondary pollution.
