This GM-SP-R series of single pillar double working station screen changer is simillar with the GM-SSP series of single plate type double working station screen changer.
1)This GM-SP-R series of single pillar double working station screen changer is designed to maintain constant pressure during the polymer processing.
2)This type of screen changer is made of high-performance steel(38CrMoAl),
special processing and heat treatment methods(nitriding treatment) for improved reliability and durability(Hardness of nitration:950-1050Hv)
3)Two filters work alternately for quick screen changing operations.
Advantages
1) the screen pack is installed on a slide piston but not a slide plate.The slide piston structure enhance the pressure resistant , thus this kind of screen changer can be applied for some high pressure extrusion lines.
2) It work well under the high temperature of 400ºC and high pressure of 40Mpa-50Mpa.
3) Automatic air bleeding system, do not interrupt the production.
