ZM-SSK360A Casing-in Machine Input the length and thickness of the book blocks, and the casing- in will be processed automatically. Input the length and thickness of the book blocks,and the casing- in will be processed automatically. Input the length and thickness of the book blocks by touch screen,and change different size of books in seconds. PLC control system, more convenient than manual adjustment and setup. High speed optaical fibre detect the position of the book blocks,autonomous control and running. Provide Auto mode, manual mode and inching mode. Double guide rails to convey the book blocks accurately and steadily. Multi-point linkage design, easy to operate and ensure safety. Equipped with high load casters, convenient to level adjusting,fixing and moving the machine. Suitable for making multispecies and short to medium run of hard cover books and photobooks.
Both side uniformly gluing, end papers pasting and casing-in automatically with high consistency and rate of finished porducts.

Optical fibre detects the book blocks, directive slide track and unique hard cover position mode ensure the machine stable and easy operation. The base of the machine is equipped with high load bearing footmaster casters, which is convenient to level adjusting, fixing and moving the machine.
