2,the machine is completely controlled by computer pattern, so its main and counter parts are controlled very precisely, and also operate and maintain easy.
3,its all of the oil system are independent controlled with fast speed and press actuated to make the products quality stabilized.
4,the strong, close mold base and lock mold prewar close mold with one step control differentcolor each two color together injection can reduce waiting time quicken production rate and promote productivity.
5,the close mole two steps control make no damage to the mold, materials are injected by two step pressures and fast speed all of the mold by prorated injection pressure with independent control system to produce standard quality.
6,the rotary driving used oil pressing motor, and it's free controlled noiseless for material supplying speed. Computer controls all material supplying capacity; it's always with standard material supplying capacity.
7,the machine capacity for general shoes is 180 pairs/hour.
