For die casting mold parts, we use imported steel, such as 1.2344, 8407, DAC,which has good yield and tensile properties, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The use of unique surface treatment technology provides a significant product life. We are using the world's high-end testing equipment to make sure the strict QC control.

Our strong point is the cooling processing.We have more than 3 gun drills in our factory, and over 1000 pieces of cooling core pins are produced per month. Every item is certified that the quality and concentricity is within 0.2mm T.I.R. We use gun drill machine which uses only SR-drill. We of course have special grinding machine for gun drill. This is necessary for accurate regrind.Now we can produce a Ø3×L=600mm hole with good finish and concentricity and good finish by SR-drill.
