DS-768 Intelligent Thermo Cementing & Folding Machine for shoe
This machine is applicable for the folding and French binding purpose for leather products such as shoes and bags
Adopting micro-computer control system, it is steady and reliable.
The linear speed, outer curve speed, and the sensitivity of photocell may be adjusted independently.
The temperature of the glue tank and glue delivery temperature may be set with digital display
It is extremely suitable for workers as beginners on account of its one-touch operation function, automatic functions of foot press lift, scissors cutting, speed change and glue cut-off as well as local setting for step and glue amount.
The folding width is adjustable and 4mm reinforcing band can be wrapped inside automatically. The folding lines are clear and beautiful.

I. Application
This machine is applicable to leather industry for folding of leather shoes, purse, wallet, golf bag and insole binding (as shown in the figure). It is especially suitable for folding of materials of high grade and high quality, which are difficult to glue manually and easy to get stained.

III. Installation of equipment
This equipment is of worktable type. During transportation, take care of headstock and electric box of the machine. The machine should be mounted onto a level ground and no shaking and vibrating is not allowed after installation. After installation, check oil level of oil immersion lens and degree of cleanliness of the machine. Connect the machine to power and check whether the motor turns in a right direction.
