The main and auxiliary spindle docking enables bidirectional clamping of the workpiece for front and back processing, making it especially suitable for completing all or most processes in one clamping during turning milling operations.
2. The spindle box and auxiliary spindle box adopt an electric spindle structure to achieve high speed, good rigidity, and fast dynamic response, effectively improving product processing accuracy. The double motorized spindle structure allows for workpiece docking at high speeds, greatly saving on clamping time.
3. The tool holder utilizes an integrated BMT 12-station servo power turret with good rigidity, fast tool change speed, and high precision.
