Product Description The rotating belt condensation granulator, by the distributor, makes the fusing materials from the upstream process drop evenly on the steel belt moving a constant speed underneath. There is a water return device under the steel belt which can spray cooling water to cool and solidify the fusing material during the course the material is moving, achieving the aim of granulation.
According to the material properties and operating requirements, the distributing device can make half spherical, strip or slice products by different operation such as continuous dropping, continuous making strip or full width spillover.

APPLICATION The rotating belt condensation granulator, is appropriated for material of melting point not more than 250ºC needing to coagulate and be granulation. For example: sulfur, paraffin, petroleum resin, C5 resin, C9 resin, C5c9 polymer resin, sulfide sodium, pitch, maleic anhydride, stearic acid products, hot melt adhesive, kinds of additive, rubber, plastic additive, antioxidant, light stabilizer 622/944 and so on.(Chart: granulation molding product samples)
