2. Advantage:
1).The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
2).The feeding trough is used of hot galvanized material , it is more strong than PVC material , Bottom of trough is changed to V-shape, more suitable for bird's eating habits; the feed is distributed more uniformly, that effectively prevent the moldy feed and ensure the broilers to eat fresh feed,also greatly reduce waste of feed.
3).A lower connector of cage is enhanced to stamp it , convenient to observe and take birds.
The doors adopt push-in style, easy to operate.
4).The surface of driving rolls is integrally coated with rubber, thus increasing friction, solving the problem about manure belt off-tracking, extending the belt service life.
One scraper is installed at the end of manure belt, and two secondary scrapers are installed below returning belt, so that manure can be cleared thoroughly.
5).Each tier manure is conveyed to the end via a manure belt, falls onto the cross manure belt and finally is conveyed to a manure truck outside poultry house via the elevating manure belt .
Periodical manure clearing improves the rearing environment and reduces the occurrence of diseases.

A1: We have two types of H frame broiler cage . The main different is on feeding system and birds harvset system .

A2:Different model,price is different.In addition,there are other complement equipments.
