LF-110 Middle-speed paper cup forming machine is a machine that have double turntable, dual-segment high-performance with functions of automatic paper fan feeding, hot air heater side seal, cup top lubrication, automatic bottom paper feeding, curling artwork, automatic cup collect and stock. Can make cups both single PE and double PE, for cold drinks and hot drinks. This machine speed can reach100-120pcs/min.

2)Machine has full automatic lubrication by oil pump and filtration, more convenient for maintenance.
3)The hot air heating system make the bottom sealed in a short time and high sealing quality.

5)The machine is controlled by PLC, and has a encoder to control the working of ultrasonic, sensors, solenoid valve and so on, to make the running of each process more accurately.
6)Use new rotary type paper fan feeding system, instead of traditional linear bearing, to ensure machine performance more stable and faster machine speed.
