Product Description
Twin-shaft shredder also named shearing machine, by cutting, tearing and extruting to reduce the materials' size, widely used in area of waste plastic, waste rubber, wood, crop straw, automobile recycling…etc, this is a quality and reliable equipment in recycling business.
In general, waste tire recycling line includes primary shredder (double-shaft shredder), secondary shredder (steel separator), rubber granulator, rubber grinder, dust-removal system, electric control system, and accessory equipment.
It's used to process whole tires into rubber granules (such as 50*50mm, 10-15mm, 1-7mm...) or ground into rubber powder (such as 20mesh, 30mesh...). Main usages of finished rubber are as follows: refining oil, laying sports track, making asphalt, making waterproof materials, making rubber products, producing reclaimed rubber, etc.
