Perfect Laser is a manufacturer specializing in the development and production of laser pipe cutting machine. In order to meet the different needs from customers, this kind of 3000w laser pipe cutting machine has been developed and produced. It has two models: PE-F2060/PE-F3080. This laser metal pipe cutting machine uses two-side mutually moving laser cutting system to increase the area of processing. The negative pressure track-type working platform is equipped with left and right feeding and receiving devices, which makes tube laser cutter possible to discharge, cut, and receive material at one go, greatly reducing the time between processes, and improving work efficiency and processing output.
1. This pipe laser cutting machine has the function of automatic positioning: only need to feed manually to complete the cutting, it is an ideal, efficient and convenient cutting machine for metal pipe laser cutting.
2. The laser pipe cutter covers a small area, the structure of the tube laser cutter is precise and beautiful, and the work is solid and firm.
3. High precision: Adopt imported IPG laser source to ensure good laser beam quality. The cutting tube length of the metal tube laser cutter can reach 6/8 meters, cutting pipe diameter of 20-200 mm /20-300 mm. Adjustable with scale and good cutting quality.
4. Batch processing: The daily output can reach 15 thousand pcs, the fiber laser pipe cutter is suitable for mass cutting operations.
5. Suitable for thin pipe laser cutting, coat hanger tube, mop pipe, mosquito net pipe, curtain tube and so on.
6. The operation of the metal pipe laser cutting machine is simple and no professional training is needed. The speed of the tube laser cutter is very high and the output is more than 5 times that of manual operation.
7. Fast speed: no deformation and burr of incision, the speed of the laser pipe cutter is up to 1 second spent on each cutting.
