Feature
•Impact structure, small volume, Light weight, easy operation, low noise, stable operation. The biggest features: no grinding materials and combination of shearing at high speed, mixing, dispersion and homogenization.
•Reasonable ratio of diameter to height, energy-saving, fast mixing of materials, high efficacy of emulsification and homogenization.
•The inside wall is processed by electrolytic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing, and the outside wall adopts 304 full welded insulation structure. The outside surface is processed by mirror polishing or matting polishing. Opening techniques of all inlets outlets, sight glass and man hole and welding joints in tank use the flanging process of arc transition.
•Easy to clean, stable in production, meeting the GMP standard.
•Volume: 600L-20000L and multiple specification, also can design and manufacture according to customers'requirement.

Tank Optional Configuration
Emulsification Tank can configure 0.2um hydrophobic sterile air filter, thermometer (Digital display or Dial type), 2 sight glasses, steam sterilization hole, sanitary manhole, liquid in-outlet, CIP rotating cleaning ball liquidometer and Liquid level control system (Bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitting device) and so on, also can configure as customers' requirement.

Application
Suitable for cosmetic, medicine, food, chemical, dyeing, printing ink and other industrial production, especially for high matrix viscosity, solid material content higher material preparation emulsion will be more efficacy.
