Our Service:
1. Supplier evaluation:
We accept the client's entrustment, according to the requirements of the products, to carry out a professional and comprehensive evaluation of the factory, such as whether the equipment, raw materials and product certificates required for the production meet the requirements of the customers, and whether the quality of the products has been effectively controlled by the previous quality control records of the factory. We will provide customers with detailed information of the factory, such as production capacity, quality control ability and other important information.
2. Initial inspection (IPI)
In the factory inspection, inspectors strictly follow the company's specifications and guidelines, carefully and standardized inspection of all production materials, accessories and production methods, and ensure that the products produced are consistent with the samples. At this stage, we guarantee the consistency of products and samples and the correctness of production methods.
3. Interim inspection (DPI)
In the middle of production, our inspectors randomly take samples from semi-finished products or some packaged finished products to check and conduct relevant detailed tests, so as to identify early problems in time, so as to avoid continuous production of a large number of defective products, and propose effective improvement measures and timely feedback to customers. At this stage, we will find problems and put forward improvement plans as soon as possible, and notify the customer in time to arrange the delivery date or handling method.
4. Sampling inspection before shipment:
When all the products are packed or more than 80% of the products are packed, our inspectors will take samples in strict accordance with the statistical sampling standard AQL, check the packaging method and quantity of the products, and check the appearance, function and relevant tests of the products in detail, whether they meet the requirements of customers and whether they are consistent with the confirmed samples. At this stage, we make an overall evaluation of the whole batch of goods, ensure the quality of the whole batch of products and prevent the defective products from being sold to market, and inform the customers to arrange the delivery time or treatment method in time.
5. Factory inspection
Whole process quality control - in order to avoid large and long-term orders being affected by quality or delivery time, we will send QC to the factory to conduct the whole process tracking inspection, from the beginning of production to the feeding, intermediate production to final shipment. Our perfect service guarantees the quality and delivery time.
6. Full inspection goods:
If the price of the product is high and the quality requirements are very strict, 100% of the products will be inspected by our inspectors, you will greatly reduce the risk.
7. Container loading:
At the loading site, our inspectors will make sure that the containers are in good condition, whether the contents and quantity, labels, and packing materials are consistent with the requirements of the order, and whether the products are damaged or insufficient during the loading process, so as to ensure that they meet the requirements specified by the customers, and take relevant pictures on site as evidence.
