D52, D53K series CNC horizontal rolling ring machine has the advantages of advanced structure, CNC program control, high degree of automation, high production efficiency, material saving and power saving. Especially the D53K CNC ring rolling machine can roll the ring at the same time.

The ring rolling machine is a plastic processing process that uses a ring rolling machine to produce continuous local plastic deformation of the ring, thereby reducing wall thickness, expanding diameter, and forming cross-sectional contours.Just enter parameters such as ring, ring blank, roll size and material designation to be rolled. Ring size, machine status is shown on the display.
1. It is operated by electronic handwheel.
2. The working status is displayed on two screens, and the new operating console has a wide field of vision.
3. Input ring and blank size to automatically generate rolling curve.
4. Automatic CAR operation mode, the rolling process automatically matches the radial and axial rolling according to the rolling curve.
5. The operation is simple, only one electronic handwheel can complete the whole rolling process.

Ring rolling process: Bearing rings, Ring gears, flanges, wheel hubs, thin-walled cylindrical parts, wind power flanges, high-neck flanges and other seamless annular forgings.

During the working process of the ring rolling machine, the working part of the equipment and the part to be processed, both or one of them rotate at the same time, so that the part is partially deformed.
Therefore, the force required for processing is small, and large-sized workpieces can also be processed; since the working part of the workpiece or equipment is rotated during processing, it is more suitable for processing axisymmetric parts such as shafts, disks, and rings.
A. Appearance of machine is novel, machine base is weld-forming by steel plate, so structure is light with good rigidity.
B. Reasonable and scientific design for machine tool, especially new design and development of distribution of main shaft bearing, it has high rolling accuracy.
C. Upper sliding block is rectangle section with good rigidity. The length of guide rail of sliding block is increased to 5-6 times of sliding block journey, guide accuracy is high.
D. Main parts of machine are all made of cast steel or high-quality alloy steel.
E. Sealed lower supporting bearing makes the normal working in bad condition.
F. YX seal and 0 type ring are adopted in accordance with lnternational standard, cylinder is low resistanceperformance is reliable and good abrasive resistance
G. The rolling wheel is fixed with an internal cone-shaped expansion ring and its locating accuracy is high, therolling wheel can be disassembled and replaced easily.
H. The precision rolling structure is driven in a synchronized mode and run smoothly, a wide adjusting rangeis available.
I. A muffler is equipped for exhausting system of gas pipeline to reduce noise and protect environment.
