QT electric actuator
QT 100-1 butterfly valve electric actuator features:
1, shell: due to the use of high quality aluminum alloy, light weight. And the inner and outer surface by anodic oxidation treatment, the outer surface by polyester powder powder layer, strong corrosion resistance.
2, motor: SPG squirrel cage motor, large output torque, and built-in thermal protection switch, temperature control, can prevent damage to the motor.
3, manual structure: no power, pull the clutch handle can be manually operated. The clutch automatically resets when the power is on.
4, position indicator: the indicator is installed on the central axis, you can observe the valve position. And there is an indicator light (SLU) option.
5, dryer: used to control the temperature, prevent the moisture inside the actuator to solidify, maintain the high position of the internal electrical.
6, limit switch: controlled by the CAM mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can be accurate and convenient to set the position.
7, torque switch (except QT-1) : can provide overload protection, prevent damage to the motor. (It has been set before delivery, please do not change the Settings at will).
8, self-locking: self-locking function, prevent inversion, transmission part is stable and reliable.
9, installation: the bottom installation size is in line with IS05211 international standards, the drive sleeve can be removed according to the need for processing, strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
10. Wiring terminal: the wiring layout is compact and reasonable, the diameter of wiring terminal is 2.5mm, the pressure is large, and the connection is firm.
11, worm gear: concave gear design, and the worm contact surface is large, large transmission torque, smooth and wear resistance, long service life.
12, PCU board: compact and reasonable structure, the PCU board is built into the shell.
