Absorptive gauze of Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose
Raw material: Regenerated cellulose (similar to the nature of natural cellulose extracted cellulose)
Made from specialty fiber through oxidation and trimming, are smart hemostatics decomposed and absoubed synchronized with the healing process of human wound tissue.
When should consider Surgiclean®?
Surgiclean® as a supporting hemostatic device, this product can be used for various surgical prodedures. It is especially ideal for bleeding in capillary, vein and small arteries where can't be well controlled by traditional methods like ligation. At the same time, it can be used to stop the bleeding instead of ordinary gauze during surgery, it will not only help to stop the bleeding, but also reduce the possibility of postoperative adhesions.
How it works?Step 1 the blood slowly seeps into the product
Step 2 the gauze begins to swell after absorbing the blood
Step 3 forming gelatinous substance that wraps the wound
Step 4 stopping the bleeding within minutes and this product has a certain anti-adhension function
How to use Suegiclean®?
Check the integrity of sterile container, do not use if the package is broken.
Sterile technique should be observed in removing the guaze from its sterile contaner. Minimal amounts of the products in appropriate size are laid on the bleeding site or held firmly against the tissues until haemostastis is obtained.
The amount required depends on the nature and intensity of the hemorrhage to be stopped.
Hemostatic principle:
Physical hemostasis: vampire - dissolved - adhesion - expansion oppression - clog the blood vessels;
The physiological hemostasis: dissolved - generates negative ions - activate clotting factors - fibrinogen into fibrin;
Chemical hemostasis: net off the adhesion of platelets, red blood cells - platelet aggregation - release clotting factor - the formation of platelet thrombi.
Hemostatic time:
Vary according to the bleeding site as well as the body's own quality, primarily for accelerated hemostasis itself coagulation disorder crowd is invalid.
